We're delighted to offer free shipping to the United States (excluding remote areas), Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. For shipping to other countries, there will be some shipping fees. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and handling process.

Order Processing

Crafting your order is a meticulous process, ensuring that each product is made with care and attention to detail. Typically, our order preparation takes around 2-3 days. However, in some cases, this process may take up to 6 days. We value the quality of our work and appreciate your patience during this time to deliver a high-quality, personalized product to you.

Shipping Times

Following the preparation, your package will be on its way to you. The shipping process itself may take up to 10 days, depending on your location and other factors.

Shipping to Rest of the World

Shipping to regions outside the United States (remote areas excluded), Europe, Australia, and New Zealand is available, but costs vary depending on the product and your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date. If the package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not yet received it, we won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Please check if the package may have been left in an unexpected location at your address and reach out to the carrier for any additional details.

Order Returns

As we meticulously craft each item separately, often creating a unique product for each customer, we do not typically accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, we are committed to making it right. For claims related to misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please submit your claim to [email protected] within 3 weeks after receiving the product. In cases of packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We take responsibility for any errors on our part and will cover the expenses associated with such claims.

Shipping During Major Celebrations

  • • Shipping Times: Shipping times may extend up to 17 days, depending on location and postal traffic.
  • • Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number for monitoring your order's progress, even during holiday seasons.
  • • Order Returns: Our commitment to your satisfaction remains unchanged. Please follow our standard claims process as outlined in the "Order Returns" section. Plan purchases accordingly during major celebrations to account for potential shipping delays.
